Saraswathi Institute of Medical Sciences (SIMS), affiliated with Chaudhary Charan Singh (CCS) University in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, is one of the best institutions in UP, if you consider the realm of medical education and research. History

In the academic year 2016-17, Saraswathi Institute of Medical Sciences expanded its capacity by an additional 50 MBBS seats. Currently, the institute educates 550 MBBS students along with 120 interns.

In 2013-14, Saraswathi Institute of Medical Sciences also received permission to start its postgraduate (PG) courses, continuously expanding its services each year. Today, the institute has around 29 allowed PG seats for pre-clinical, para-clinical, and clinical departments.
